Now, thanks to the vision of architect Anthony Miksitz and the expertise of Janiczek Homes, the building has been beautifully transformed into a modern artist's studio. The renovation preserves the structure's rich history while seamlessly integrating contemporary amenities and design elements for a unique, functional space.

The artist’s studio showcases the building's original exposed support beams and soaring ceilings, offering a striking homage to its agricultural past. A spacious storefront window and large door maintain the barn's open, airy ambiance while allowing natural light to flood the space.
