Awards
National Association of Home Builders. Since 1999, NAHB has awarded Janiczek Homes with numerous Pyramid, Pinnacle, and Judge’s Awards, from the area’s “Best Residential Innovation” to “Best Custom Home.”
Delaware Valley Green Building Council. Mark was co-chair of the group’s residential working group during 2007-2008, and is the group’s Washington-appointed liaison to the Tri-State Region Residential Green Building Council.
Young Entrepreneur’s Organization. Mark has been a long-term board member and was Treasurer of the organization during 2002-2003.
Christmas in April & Habitat for Humanity. The firm has provided volunteer services to both organizations to assist disabled and low-income area residents.
The Friends of the Willows Cottage, for which Mark was spokesman, won Preservation Pennsylvania’s 2009 Pennsylvania Historic Preservation Award, and a 2009 Preservation Award from the Heritage Commission of Delaware County.
Mark Janiczek is a member of Leadership Main Line, class of 2011.
