We are seeking an experienced Carpenter / Punch List Technician to join our team. This individual must be a highly skilled carpenter with the ability to perform minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work. The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of residential construction experience and a strong understanding of the highest standards of craftsmanship. This role requires a professional who can efficiently complete punch list items, troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site, and uphold the Janiczek Homes brand of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform high-end finish carpentry, including trim work, cabinetry adjustments, and millwork installation.
· Address punch list items efficiently with exceptional attention to detail.
· Conduct minor electrical work, such as fixture installations, outlet replacements, and basic wiring repairs.
· Perform minor HVAC and plumbing tasks, including troubleshooting issues, replacing fixtures, and ensuring proper system function.
· Work alongside project managers, subcontractors, and designers to maintain seamless project execution.
· Ensure job sites are immaculately clean, organized, and safe at all times.
· Communicate professionally and clearly with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
· Troubleshoot and proactively address construction-related challenges with minimal supervision.
· Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service.
Qualifications & Skills:
· 10+ years of experience in high-end residential construction, with a strong emphasis on finish carpentry.
· Hands-on expertise in framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry, and millwork installation.
· Basic proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems (no licensure required, but strong working knowledge is essential).
· Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently with a proactive mindset.
· Strong communication skills with clients, project managers, and subcontractors.
· Must be punctual, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Professional appearance and conduct that aligns with the Janiczek Homes brand.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Salary — $70,000 - $85,000
Schedule — Monday to Friday
Work Location — Jobsites located throughout the Philadelphia area, specifically the Main Line, Chester, Montgomery, Delaware, and Bucks County. A valid Driver’s License is required for this position.
